Die-cut cartons are produced from a bespoke cutting tool and are usually made up by the end user without the need for any tape.We are able to offer a bespoke design service to ensure that that your product will fit the die-cut carton. Our newly installed CAD table is able to create prototypes for the customer to see the initial design concept and making any changes to the design before moving onto the final tooling process, where the die-cutting tool is manufactured.

The process of manufacturing Die-cut cartons is different to the standard 0201,0203 etc, as the bespoke cutting tool is passed through a roller press die-cut machine which presses the sheet board on to the cutting tool to create the various cuts and creases to make your chosen FEFCO style. There are various FEFCO designs that we can offer to suit the level of protection and design you are looking for. We are also able to digitally print 1 colour logos or references onto our die-cut cartons, please contact us for further details.
