Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) is moulded in large blocks, these blocks are then cut using hot wire cutting machines to smaller sizes.

We hold many different grades of EPS blocks in stock in the standard size of 8’ x 4′ x 2′. We can wire cut these blocks in to sheets, small blocks or pieces down to 25 x 25 x 6mm and custom made packs. This is a simple and effective means of providing economical protection for your p.roduct during transportation.
