Corrugated Cartons

We manufacture a range of FEFCO cartons styles in a wide range of different material grades. Each FEFCO style can be tailored to your bespoke size for your packaging requirements. Our manufacturing process allows us to be efficient on our production process, whilst allowing us to have minimal waste when manufacturing bespoke cartons.

Once the sheet board has passed through the slotting process, we can apply either stitching or glueing on to the join seam to finish the carton manufacturing process, these are then bundled and palletised ready to be collected/delivered to our customers. During the slotting process we can further customise the carton by adding handholes onto the body of the carton to enable safe lifting once the product has been placed inside the carton.

With our newly installed digital printing machine, we are able to print a range of logos, references, recycle logos or a bespoke design of the customer’s choosing. Please get in touch to discuss our digital print solutions for your corrugated cartons.
