Moulded from expanded polystyrene the mug mailers are clean, easy to use and lightweight to minimise postal costs.
We manufacture 3 types of moulded mug mailers, 10oz (Standard), 12oz large and a 6 mug mailer for 10oz mugs.Hot wire cut mug mailers or custom moulds can be made for the more unusual mug sizes.
Outer cartons for these are also made in house in a variety of board grades and styles.
